Gary Miller is a licensed real estate agent and Director, DBC Investment Group He teaches and advises investors how to locate, analyze, negotiate, acquire, and manage commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, NNN retail centers, and apartments. Gary has taught investors how to acquire properties using loan leverage, buying properties with their IRAs, and deferring taxes through 1031 exchanges.
His specialty is Commercial Leasing and Sales with a focus in the biomedical arena. He moderated a panel discussion at BayBio’s 2005 Gene Acres Conference on “Navigating the S.F. Bay Area Biomedical Real Estate Market.” Gary has put together a team of specialists that can fulfill all of a biomedical company’s facilities needs, including a space planner, an architect, and a general contractor.
Gary has extensive business experience, both in starting his own companies and as a strategic marketing specialist for established and startup pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and medical device companies. He has an M.B.A. in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Seton Hall University, and a Certificate in Program and Project Management from UCSC. Note: Gary is now retired from real estate.
